What do ergonomics and recoil stats do on attachments?

Ergonomics changes how fast you aim, how long you hold breath, and how loud your aim-in is; positive is better. The recoil percentage stacks multiplicatively with your weapon: a -6% suppressor on a 400-recoil rifle takes 24 points off.
