Birdeye is the marksman of the Goons, rotating between Customs, Woods, Shoreline, and Lighthouse with Knight and Big Pipe. While his squadmates take your attention, Birdeye takes the shot.
He is infamous for silent movement and patient positioning. In many Goons fights, players never register Birdeye as part of the engagement at all. They fight Knight and Big Pipe, start looting, and die to a shooter they never located.
Of the three, he is the one that turns a hard fight into an unfair one.

- Use terrain that forces him into medium range where his advantage shrinks
- Track the squad with the Goon Tracker instead of hunting blind
