Kollontay held power in Tarkov's police force before everything collapsed, and he never left his precinct. He patrols the area around the old police station on Streets with two guards and a reputation for brutality that predates the conflict.
His signature is the police baton. At close range he will happily put his rifle away and beat a fully armored PMC to death with it, which is exactly as humiliating as it sounds. At range, he and his guards fight like a disciplined unit.
Between Kollontay and Kaban, Streets of Tarkov is the only map with two full boss operations running at once, which makes every Streets raid a roll of the dice.
