How to Raise Vitality
- •Taking damage: 0.01 points per 5 damage received

- 2.Sustained chip damage counts. A heavy bleed healed through with a Propital rather than bandaged gives continuous progress
- 3.Levels alongside Surgery if you regularly get limbs blacked and repair them
