The BTR Driver, a former military driver named Pavel, operates the armored personnel carrier that patrols Streets of Tarkov. He is less a traditional trader and more a service provider, and his services can save your raid.
For a fee, the BTR offers transport between locations on the map, which means skipping the most dangerous crossings in the game inside armor plating. He also offers item delivery, sending your loot to safety mid-raid, and covering fire when things go wrong.
He appears in the story as well, with several 1.0 quests running through him. Even if you never buy a ride, knowing the BTR routes matters, because everyone else on Streets is using them too.
