Nobody knows who Mr. Kerman actually is, and the game intends it that way. He first reaches out through your Intelligence Center after the events of Falling Skies, very interested in the armored case recovered from the crashed plane. He never shows his face: his calling cards are encrypted calls, hash codes, and a cat hologram.

Kerman is the engine of The Ticket, the final story chapter. He brokers exactly what his chapter is named for: a ticket out of Tarkov. Whether that deal ends with you free, in debt, or worse depends on the choices you make between him, Prapor, and Lightkeeper.

The final decision of the campaign runs through him: keep working with Kerman, or refuse him and buy your way out through Prapor for an absurd sum. Three of the four endings hang on how much you trust the man behind the cat.

Loyalty Level Requirements

Mr. Kerman does not use standard loyalty levels. Access and stock work differently, see the guide above.

Requirements come live from the tarkov.dev API and update as the game changes.
