Background Check is a Prapor task available from player level 2 taking place on Customs. Work through the listed objectives in order — the in-game tracker shows progress per objective and Prapor accepts the handoff via your hideout once everything is complete. Background Check is required for the Kappa secure container.

Tips
- •The bronze pocket watch is inside the locked driver-side cabin of the fuel tanker truck on Customs. You need the Machinery key to open the door
- •The Machinery key spawns in room 205 on the second floor of the three-story dorms building, and it is cheap on the flea market if you do not want to farm it
- •The watch only spawns while the quest is active, and it is a quest item: if you die before extracting, you lose it and must grab it again
- •You also hand over the Machinery key itself to finish, so do not sell the key after opening the truck
- •Required for Kappa and one of the first Prapor quests every wipe. Do it together with other Customs quests to save raids
