Tips
- •Kill 15 PMCs with an SVD rifle on any map except Factory, and hand over 7 BEAR and 7 USEC dogtags
- •The dogtags do NOT need found in raid status, so you can buy missing tags on the flea market. Check the level printed on the tag does not matter here, any tags count
- •Start collecting dogtags from every PMC kill long before you reach this quest at level 21
- •The SVD is semi-auto and hits hard. Treat it like a DMR on Woods and Lighthouse sightlines rather than a pure sniper
- •The reward is the Epsilon secure container, a straight upgrade over the starting containers and the best non-Kappa container in the game
