Pavel Yegorovich Romanenko, callsign Prapor, was a warrant officer in charge of a military warehouse before the conflict, and he never stopped moving inventory. He is the first trader most players deal with, and his stock defines the early game: AK platform rifles, Russian ammunition, grenades, and enough surplus gear to outfit a small army.
Prapor hands out the very first quest in the game, Debut, and his quest line keeps feeding you cheap, dependable firepower as it progresses. He also offers insurance, which makes him part of nearly every raid you run whether you buy from him or not.
His prices are fair, his inventory is deep, and his loyalty levels unlock some of the best budget ammunition in the game. You never really outgrow Prapor, you just add other traders alongside him.
